Aurora Residence Lakeside City, Puchong KL Roadshow


Hey peeps! We are holding a roadshow for Aurora Residence, Lake Side City located at Puchong, KL, Malaysia at our office, Wangsa Ramai Sdn Bhd (Unit G41, Merdeka Mall, Ground Floor, Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia), on 9a.m. until 7p.m. everyday from today till 31st of March.

Aurora Residence is a leasehold development with astounding condominium facilities by established developer, Permodalan Masteron Sdn. Bhd.. This development is part of a 149 acres development named Lake Side City located beside the lake of Tasik Prima. Phase 1 (Block A & Block B) is expected to be completed at mid of 2017.

Block A & Block B in term of phase one included 37 storeys each, while Block C & Block D in term of phase 2 included only 27 storeys. All units have 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Only the phase 1 is being launched this time, which are Block A & Block B.
